I want to tell you some of the secrets of the super dieter. In fact have you ever heard even of someone known as a super dieter?

Just in the little tidbits I have gathered, these are people who have the genetic predisposition to be fat, but they have somehow managed to lose the weight and keep it off.

Now you might be thinking that this is not something extraordinary until you find out that about 80 percent of people with a genetic predisposition to be fat will regain their weight.

These Super Dieters have managed to beat those odds. Here are some of the secrets of the super dieters:

 

Never Cheat.

These super dieters never ever cheat on their diet. I find this pretty amazing. Even I believe in having a cheat day. Super dieters don’t cheat on their diet.


 

Eat Breakfast Every Day.

Super dieters make sure to eat breakfast every day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Having breakfast it gets your metabolism going. Also when you eat breakfast you won’t over eat and lunch. Super dieters eat breakfast every single day.

Now these are not the only secrets of the super dieters. I think there is a lot more to their success in keeping the weight off. I have a feeling advanced meal planning is part of their secrets.

So I will try to make this an ongoing post and ad more to it. If you want to have the success that the super dieters do then it might be a good plan to try to follow some of their secrets.
